O R D E R

The matter has been posted today only to ascertain as to whether the 4th respondent is an Aided School and therefore, whether the order passed by this Court on 17.07.2020 will apply to the 4th respondent.

2. The Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar, has submitted a

report before this Court dated 17.12.2020, wherein it has been stated that the 4th respondent School is an Aided School and the 4th respondent School has been added by mistake since the concerned School against which the complaint was received was KVS English Medium School, Virudhunagar. It is also stated in the report that the order passed by this Court dated 17.07.2020 will not apply to the 4th respondent School since no fees is collected from the students. The report filed by the Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar, is taken on file and accordingly, the contempt proceedings against the 4th respondent School is closed.

3. In the result, the Suo-Motu Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) KAK //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2021.
