PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to Crime No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Maharajakadai Police Station, Krishnagiri District and to quash the same and to allow the above Criminal Original Petition. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records relating to Crime No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Maharajakadai Police Station, Krishnagiri District and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed and taken on file in S.T.C.No.256 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Krishnagiri.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
