ORDER

The petitioner is presently working as Computer Operator in Sembakkam Municipality. His appointment was initially made by the Town Panchayat. The Town Panchayat was upgraded as Municipality on 20.05.2013. Even after such upgrading, the petitioner has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

working as a Computer Operator. The petitioner wanted the third respondent to regularize his services, pursuant to the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.22 (P & AR Department), dated 28.2.2006. The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.8.2013, requesting the third respondent to consider his case for regularization.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.8.2013, in the light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.22 (P & AR Department), dated 28.2.2006. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
