O R D E R

The captioned writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.10.2016 issued by the fourth respondent and direct the respondents to relieve the petitioner from service with effect from 31.10.2016 and pay all the terminal benefits and pension. By the said order, the petitioner was kept under suspension pending enquiry.

2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2016 and this Court was not inclined to grant an interim order of stay.

3. On the previous date of hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

4. Today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. 2/4

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
