2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry submits that investigation was completed and Final Report was filed as early as on 26.03.2015 as action dropped.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
