This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking patta in respect of the property in
S.No.236/2C of Athanacheri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Chengi, for which he perpetrated to have been purchased vide sale deed dated 04.03.1992.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents reports that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2017 is under consideration and the third respondent has caused notice to the petitioner and other persons concerned to appear before him for enquiry scheduled on 27.11.2019.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
