Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.07.2024 & 22.05.2025 and to measure his properties i.e., (i) land measuring 15 cents out of 67 cents in S.No.82/11, sub-divided as S.No.82/11A, (ii) land measuring 55 1⁄4 cents out of 2.76 cents in S.No.89/3, sub-divided as S.No.89/3A, (iii) land measuring 57 1⁄2 cents out of S.No.1.66 cents in S.No.174/1 of Thuringippoondi Revenue Village, Melmalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District, as per the Sale Deed dated 29.07.1992 in Document No.664 of 1992, and also to issue separate Patta in favor of the petitioner for the same 1/5
within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition.
2. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted an online application with the respondents to enable the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the second respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties more fuly disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after 2/5
hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (c) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties more fully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.

(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
