2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 20.06.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.268 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294(b), 324 and 354 IPC.
