ORDER

Admittedly, civil suit is pending between the petitioners and the counter petitioner in O.S.No.486 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are advised to workout their remedy before the civil Forum. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for granting the relief sought for by the petitioners. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
