A.Nos.3929 & 3930 of 2023 in OP.No.513 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J.

The petitioner, respondent and the minor child were present today and each of them was enquired separately.

2. So far as the child is concerned, he did not have even a least inclination to interact with his father. The child told repeatedly that he did not want to see his father at all.

3. The mother of the child/ respondent has also stated that forcing the child to interact with the petitioner will have some serious effect on the child's psychology. However the petitioner insisted that he should be allowed to establish a better rapport with the child, even though the custody or guardianship is not given to him.

4.Since the child is not comfortable and the learned counsel for the respondent has also stated that she had filed a petition for seeking custody and guardianship of the child, I feel it is appropriate to hear both the matters together and to arrive at some arrangement which can serve the best interest of both the petitioner, respondent and the minor child.

5. List the matter on 11.09.2023.
