1) S.Lakshmi 2) Prabha and 3) Karuppannan as the proposed respondents in the place of deceased second respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3.Having regard to the fact that the proposed respondents are just and necessary parties to adjudicate the matter further, and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
