O R D E R
The 1st respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.100 of 2014 against the petitioners for the offence under Section 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, based on the complaint given by the 2nd and 3rd respondents. During investigation, the petitioners/accused filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the F.I.R.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.100 of 2014 was completed and a charge sheet was also laid and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.13417 of 2017, on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. He further submitted that the petitioners have also approached this Court to quash the charge sheet in Crl.O.P.No.15716 of 2017, which is pending before this Court.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, that the investigation was completed and a charge sheet was also laid and the petitioners have also filed a petition challenging the charge sheet, nothing survives further in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their grounds before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
