ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Geetha, aged about 29 years, who is now in the illegal detention and custody of the second respondent herein and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Both the detenue and the second respondent are present before this Court. The detenue has informed us that as of now there is no harassment from the second respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that during enquiry, the second respondent has also stated that she has not harassed the detenue.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
