R.SUBBIAH, J The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in the order bearing No.A2/261/Circular/2018/T, dated 16.08.2018 passed by the respondent and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.
2. The impugned order is only a Circular issued by the respondent, advising the petitioner to approach the competent authority, either SLSC or DLVC to expedite the verification process and get the final report on the veracity of the Community Certificate from the said authority immediately and submit the same to the office of the respondent. It was further informed therein that on superannuation, the terminal benefits will be settled based on the said final report only. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The impugned order is only a Circular and we do not find as to how the said Circular can be the subject matter of challenge in this Writ Petition. Absolutely, there are no merits in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
