This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023, in a stipulated time framed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that according to the Petitioner her signature has been forged in the attendance register and even though several representations have been submitted by her, the same has not been considered by the official Respondents.

3.On instructions, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Joint Director, Health Service, Namakkal District has initiated the enquiry and it is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of two days (i.e.,) 07.07.2023.

4.In view of the matter, no further direction is required. The official 3/5

Respondents shall enquire the matter as per law, within a time sought by them (i.e.,) 07.07.2023.
