ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 17.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Manoj, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
