These intra-court appeals have been directed against the common order passed by the Writ Court dated 05.03.2019 made in W.P.Nos.23964 and 21771 of 2018.

In fact, along with the said writ petitions several similar other writ petitions were heard together and a common order has been passed by the Writ Court, as against which, number of intra-court appeals have been filed in W.A.Nos.1831 of 2019 & etc., batch, those writ appeals were heard and disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 30.09.2021, by which, the order passed by the Writ Court dated 05.03.2019 i.e., the impugned order herein was confirmed. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives in these appeals. This position has not been controverted by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Recording the same, these writ appeals are dismissed having become infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
