This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10440 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioners shall report before the trial court i.e, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10440 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
