PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2021 as expeditiously as possible.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2021 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint on 04.01.2021 to the second respondent but no action has been taken. Thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner sent a representation to the Superintendent of police to take action on the petitioner's complaint and the Superintendent of police forwarded the same to the second respondent, but no action has been taken in this regard.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that current papers have been received and based on which, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 18.05.2021 finding that the entire occurrence had taken place in Maharastra. The closure report has also been furnished to the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the criminal original petition is closed.
