ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 90/94 days in filing the writ appeals.
Issue notice to the respondents.
Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.
In the affidavit filed in support of the applications, the applicant has stated valid reasons for the delay. Therefore, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay. Hence, the delay in filing the appeals is condoned and the applications are allowed.
