ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to investigate the matter and to register an FIR on the complaint dated 22.04.2016 given by the petitioner and to produce a report within the time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 22.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.139 of 2016 and the same has been closed on 19.07.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
