These petitions are listed under the caption "for being mentioned" today.

2. It is made clear that the cost of expenses for being treated in Agarwal Eye Hospital, Chennai, for the accused by the Enforcement Directorate, shall be borne by the accused himself.

3. It is further clarified that in the order dated 06.06.2017, it is stated that the accused has underwent surgery in 2015, which shall be read as 2013 itself. The year 2015 wherever it occurs regarding his undergoing of surgery, shall be read as 2013.

4. In other respects, the earlier order dated 06.06.2017 shall stand unaltered.
