O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petition has been filed challenging the minor penalty of censure and the currency period also expired and 1/3

therefore, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. However, it is made clear that the period of currency has expired and in respect of promotional opportunities and other benefits, the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
