..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in proceedings No. 3033/2018/ Aa1 dated 18.03.2020 and the subsequent computerized patta issued in favour of 4th respondent in patta No.167 and to quash the same in so far as the land in S.No.70/2A to an extent of Acre 0.54 cents is concerned and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the computerized the patta in patta no.6614 in respect of the land in S.No.70/2A to an extent of 0.21.7 hectares (Acre 0.54 cents) in favour of the petitioner based on the regular patta issued by the 3rd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983.
