This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para no.3, that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.7271 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.8270 of 2023 by order dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.7271 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8270 of 2023 by an order dated 25.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Athur Police Station, Salem District on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 13.06.2023 drl Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
