2. The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.971 of 2014 dated 10.01.2014, whereunder this Court directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.
3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent that the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with and the petitioner's representation was rejected by order dated 31.10.2014.
Since the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law.
