This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9194 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the conditions.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
