This Petition has been filed seeking for transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2013 on the file of the respondent to the CB, CID.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report filed in C.C.No.217 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram for an offence under Sections 294 (b), 498 (A), 406, 506 (ii), r/w. 4 of DP Act and 4 and 3 (i) of Prohibition Harassment of Women Act.
3. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
