ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register an F.I.R on his complaint dated 10.03.2015 entered in CSR No.216/CSR/H5L&O/INS/15 dated 12.03.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
