This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend as crime No.111 of 2023 instead of Crime No.112 of 2023, and Sections as under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of women Act, 2002 instead of Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crl.O.P.No.11555 of 2023 order dated 18.05.2023. 2.Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also in view of the no objection of the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the above captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. For complying the said order time is extended by two weeks from today.
