The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of her complaint, dated 22.12.2014. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

It is seen that the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.277 of 2014, and on a reading of the petitioner's complaint, it is seen that there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the proposed accused/Dhandapani and as the said proposed accused did not render proper accounts for the payments made by the petitioner, and has also charged usurious interest, the petitioner wants action to be taken against him. 4.
As the allegations made in the complaint, reveals the transaction of civil in nature, and no criminal offence is made out, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout out her remedy in the manner known to law.
