(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 430 IPC read with 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.744 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
