Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, as the matter appears to be civil in nature.

Considering the fact that the petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed, and a copy of the closure report is also furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
