ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to Register the FIR, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.06.2020 to the second respondent in C.No.92/DSP/EOW/CBE/2020 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.06.2020 is still pending without any progress.

Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
