Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order dated 20.09.2011 passed by the 2nd Respondent vide Ref.No.ATA No.336(13) of 2011.

Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, and that, EPF Organization has filed a Claim dated 22.11.2019, no further adjudication is required in this matter and the Writ Petition is closed. Parties are at liberty to work out their remedy before the NCLT, Chennai. No costs.
