O R D E R
The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a criminal case against the anti-social elements based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.02.2015. 2.
It is seen that one Poongavanam, who is none other than petitioner's sister appears to have given complaint against the petitioner herein, and since the same was not registered by the Police, the said Poogavanam filed Crl.O.P.No.4161 of 2015, before this Court, seeking direction for registering her complaint. This Court, by order, dated 10.04.2015, dismissed the said Criminal Original Petition, on the ground that her complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence, warranting prosecution against the petitioner. After the dismissal of Crl.O.P.No.4161 of 2015, the said Poongavanam along with some anti-social elements are threatening the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has given complaint, dated 26.02.2015, seeking protection. Since the same has evoked no response, the petitioner has filed this Petition, seeking for aforesaid relief.
3.
It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.100 of 2015.
