3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.155 of 2024, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate concerned vide E-Filing No.LTN20230000645C202500094 on 28.05.2025.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
