Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to pass an order directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by Sr.Pauline Mary and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.

ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by Sr.Pauline Mary, the case has been registered in Crime No.28/2020 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 500 and 501 of IPC and 66a and 67 of IT Act and the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation. On the other hand, it is put forth by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor further represented that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police for concluding the investigation. It is represented by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police on any day as directed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2020 and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the investigation expeditiously as per law.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal original Petition is closed.
