PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent dated 12.06.2019, quashing the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to conduct the prayer meetings on 15.06.2019 and 16.06.2019 as sought for by them in their representations dated 03.06.2019 and 06.06.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for Police Protection to the petitioners to conduct the prayer meetings on 15.06.2019 and 16.06.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent vide his letter dated 13.06.2019, has granted permission for conducting the prayer meeting by imposing certain conditions.
