This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7 of depositing the title deeds not below to the worth of Rs.50 Lakhs on the petitioner by an order dated 27.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14689 of 2022 in Crime No.179 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the title deeds not below to the worth of Rs.25 Lakhs. Other conditions shall remain intact.
