Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.02.2014 requesting for constitution of the Parent Teachers Association of her son's school namely, Government Higher Secondary School, R.Pudupalayam, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District in accordance with the Regulations approved by the Government in G.O.
