2 According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Subject Matter Specialist/Assistant Technology Manager by the second respondent on 11.1.2012 and since then she has been discharging her duties with the satisfaction of her seniors. 3 It is claim of the petitioner that she is eligible for appointment for the post of Block Technology Manager and the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Erumaipatti, Namakkal District also recommended her for the said post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4 The petitioner alleged that the respondents without issuing any notification trying to appoint some candidates as Block Technology Manager without considering the qualification and experience of the petitioner.

She also sent a representation, dated 16.10.2015 which is not considered by the respondents favourably. Hence, the present writ petition. 5 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Raniselvam, Additional Govt. Pleader for the respondents. 6 Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2015 and take a decision on merit and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. Till then, the respondent shall not take any decision for appointment to the post of Block Technology Manager. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
