W.P.No.16681 of 2019 M.SUNDAR,J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier order of this Court dated 17.06.2019.

In the aforesaid order, particularly in sub-paragraph (a) of Paragraph 10, an inadvertent error had crept in and the costs has been shown as Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) though it should read as Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). To be noted, Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) costs has been paid and a receipt dated 19.06.2019 bearing No.4442/19-20 has also been filed. Therefore, this shall be treated as corrigendum to the earlier order dated 17.06.2019 and the figure Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in Paragraph 10(a) of the aforesaid order shall read as Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).
