This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8035 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11436 of 2022 by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.186 of 2022, pending trial on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Vellore.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8035 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11436 of 2022 vide order dated 24.06.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Vellore, in connection with S.C.No.186 of 2022, on the first working day of July and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Sessions Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
