The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 14.01.2015 and 28.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 28.02.2015 to the 2nd respondent and on receipt of the same, following the procedure laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others, reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] , action would be taken.
