Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2015 seeking issuance of family card.

The petitioner sought issuance of family card through application bearing No. 2919/2010 dated 26.11.2010, which was followed by a representation dated 30.09.2015. However, the request of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, with regard to the relief sought, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
