Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take up the revision petition presented by the petitioner against the Resolution No.225 of 2015 dated 24.07.2015, on the file of the second respondent herein, and referred in BCI:D:5651:2015 (Revision) dated 04.12.2015, followed by the letter made by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 11.02.2016, 12.08.2017, 12.09.2017, 04.10.2017 and 04.05.2019, and dispose of the same in accordance with law and the procedure, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
