The petitioner in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is LW65, who is a victim in C.C.No.681 of 2019 has filed the above petition to get herself impleaded.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/defacto complainant appeared and submitted that he has got no objection for impleading the petitioner herein.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/accused No.5 appeared and submitted that LW65 is one of the Depositor. Now the case is at the stage of final hearing and at this stage filing such petition is only to drag on the proceedings of the case. In view of the same, the petitioner/LW65 is need not be impleaded in this case and hence he opposed the same. He further submitted that he is not aware that whether the impleading petitioner is a depositor known to the first respondent or not Page No.1/4
4.The learned counsel appearing for the impleading petitioner submitted that he is not taking much time for making his submission. 5.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court is inclined to implead the petitioner as one of the respondent, since, she is a depositor and victim, who has to be necessarily heard. 6.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
7.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] files his counter and he is directed to serve the copies to the first respondent/accused No.5, third respondent/defacto complainant and to the newly impleading respondent.
