This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.510 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners by order dated 10.01.2023, had directed the petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, Cuddalore and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties and comply the condition in time. Thereby, he seeks for extension of time. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

drl ordered by this Court on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Taluk Legal Services Authority, attached to the concerned Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
