This petition has been filed to transpose the appellants 4 and 5, namely Baby and Mohan respectively as respondents 9 and 10 in the second appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
